– 1oz Grapefruit Juice
– .25oz Green Chartreuse
– 1.5oz 44º North Magic Valley Winter Wheat Vodka
– .25oz Lime Juice
– .5oz Black Pepper Simple Syrup*
– Shake with Ice
– Strain into Glass
– Garnish with Basil Leaf
*Black Pepper Simple Syrup:
– 1 C. Water
– 1 C. Sugar
– 1 Tbsp. fresh cracked black pepper
– Bring water to a simmer, add sugar and black pepper, stir till sugar is dissolved. Let simmer for 20 minutes. Strain out remaining pepper and let cool.
