ÀLAVITA focuses on local ingredients and freshly made pasta created daily from fresh local farm eggs and Northwest flour, ranging from Linguini and Rigatoni to Pappardelle and Tortellini. The restaurant boasts that it offers “Locally Inspired Italian” due to the fact it sources its ingredients for its simple, yet elegant Italian dishes from the Treasure Valley and Northwest regions. ÀLAVITA is open for dinner seven days a week starting at 5:00pm, however, the bar opens an hour earlier at 4:00pm. The restaurant includes a full bar, along with an extensive wine list and decent beer selection.
